Could plant-based food be harmful?
“Not all flowers are roses.” In today’s world, we are constantly bombarded with objects and an overwhelming flow of information, words, and videos—all striving to explain everything around us. But, at the end of the day, how much do we truly understand? Among this flood of data, how do we discern what is genuine? Modern technologies, too, can mislead us; for instance, food additives create artificial scents, flavors, colors, and textures that feel far from natural. Over time, we’ve become used to tastes that deviate from their original forms—think about strawberry-flavored candies versus the actual fruit!
