The products available on AmicEarth.it are wholemeal, raw, organic and artisanal products, carefully selected to guarantee the highest quality and sustainability. We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of each product, including ingredients, nutritional information and product origin.
However, please note that the information provided is for informational purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep product information up to date, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the descriptions.
4. Prices and Payments
The prices of the products are expressed in Euros and include the applicable VAT. Any additional shipping costs or taxes will be clearly indicated before the order is completed.
We accept several payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, AmazonPay. Payments must be made at the time of purchase and the goods will be despatched only after receipt of payment confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Shipping is free for orders over €66.00 within Italy and €88.00 within Europe. For Switzerland and Norway, there is a shipping fee of €13.00. Active promotions may not include free shipping.
We will do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery to you. However, we are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier or any circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
We only accept returns for products that are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with the security seal intact. For accepted returns, you will be refunded the original purchase amount excluding shipping costs. Any return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
