Raw Pistachio Butter Linguine with Prawns

Ingredients:
  • 320g linguine
  • 200g fresh, cleaned shrimp
  • 100g AmicEarth Pure Organic Raw Whole Pistachio Butter
  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine
  • Crushed raw pistachios
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:

▫️ Cook the linguine in plenty of salted water.
▫️ Shell the shrimp and set them aside.
▫️ In a large pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the shrimp, and cook them over high heat for 2-3 minutes, deglazing with white wine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
▫️ Mix AmicEarth Pure Organic Raw Whole Pistachio Butter with a bit of pasta cooking water and stir until it melts into a smooth sauce.
