- 80g cornstarch
- 200ml water
- 100ml unsweetened fruit juice
- 50g AmicEarth almond protein
- 160g whole cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons almond oil
- 50ml sunflower oil
- 100g grated carrots
- 50g chopped almonds
- 30g goji berries or raisins
- 30g raw cocoa nibs or chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in the order listed until a smooth batter is achieved.
Baking:
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes, then at 160°C for an additional 10 minutes.
